Wet Weather, Cancellations & No Shows
Term programs are priced assuming 7 out of 10 weeks will run, but we aim to run all 10 weeks if conditions allow, effectively providing up to 3 free sessions per term. Spaces are reserved for the entire term, and programs are not designed to offer credits or make-up sessions for missed weeks.
If you expect to miss most weeks, you may prefer the casual weekly rate of $75, which is subject to availability and no guarantees of spots.
We ride in the rain with safety considerations but may postpone, modify, or cancel sessions during severe weather. Capacity limits are strictly enforced, and missed sessions typically cannot be rescheduled.
Subscription Changes & Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. You may cancel anytime by logging into your account. No refunds are given for unused portions, but services can be used until the end of the paid period.
