Is My Rider Ready? (Entry Standard)
For safety and group flow, riders must be able to:
- Confidently descend intermediate (blue) trails at speed, in control — berms, small drops, rocky/steep sections.
- Climb for extended periods (~1 km) without dismounting.
- Maintain pace and resilience suitable for longer, more technical rides.
JDT suits Upper Intermediate riders. Strong Intermediates are welcome if they meet all the above.
Skill Level Guide — Upper Intermediate (Context)
