What to Expect
Your afternoon kicks off with a shuttle straight to the top of the trail network. From there, you’ll drop into a series of fast, flowy descents — all fun, all downhill.
Hit the bottom → jump back onto the shuttle → head straight up for another run… and another… and another!
Expect:
- Loads of downhill riding
- Zero climbing — shuttle does all the work
- Big smiles, high stoke, and a session packed with laps
- A fun, social atmosphere with friends
These Gravity Groms Shuttle programs are open to both boys and girls and are ideal for Upper Intermediate to Advanced riders who can confidently ride intermediate trails at speed in a safe, controlled way.
Age Requirements
While there is no fixed age requirement, this program typically suits riders 10–17 years old.
Other ages are welcome — please contact us prior to booking to confirm suitability.
Skill Requirements
This is an Upper Intermediate → Advanced program.
All riders must select a group when booking.
Group changes may not be possible due to limited shuttle capacity.
Advanced Group
For riders who are:
- Highly skilled 12+ (younger by agreement)
- Actively racing, or
- Enrolled in one of Bike On’s Advanced weekly programs, or
- Riding several times a week with high fitness and endurance
- Able to demonstrate a genuinely high level of MTB skill
This group is for fast, aggressive teenage riders who possess strong, high-end riding abilities.
If your child does not receive regular coaching or does not ride multiple times per week, they are almost certainly not suited to the Advanced group.
We reserve the right to move riders to the Upper Intermediate group if there are concerns about rider or bike suitability.

Choose this group if your child:
