We don't do hourly or half day hire, and that works in your favour. Most of the cost of a hire is the same whether you ride for 30 minutes or five hours: taking your booking, preparing and fitting your bike, and checking it over when it comes back. Our day rates are priced around a typical 2 to 3 hour ride, but the bike is yours for the whole day. The Standard eMTB is the one exception, and is hired in a 3 hour block. Every bike comes with a helmet, water bottle and lock. Cruisers and fat tyre bikes also have a basket. Most bikes have a phone mount, except the e-mountain bikes and the dual suspension bike.

Yes. Delivery around Noosa is $35 on orders from $150, and free from $350. Coolum, Mooloolaba, the Hinterland and Noosa North Shore are $75 to $150, with a minimum spend. We usually deliver between 9am and 11am, and typically collect between 3pm and 4:30pm on your last day. The e-mountain bikes are pickup only. See our delivery and collection terms

Queensland law applies on roads, paths and beaches. Riders must be 16 or over and hold a drivers licence (learner or higher). Riders 12 to 17 can ride only with their parent, grandparent or legal guardian riding with them. Under 12s can't ride an e-Bike in public places, but can ride on a pillion seat (under 40 kg) or a regular bike. See the e-Bike age and licence rules in our terms

Yes. We have kids bikes, plus e-Bikes fitted with a baby seat (up to 16 kg), a Chariot trailer (two kids, up to 35 kg) or a Tag Along. There's also a hardtail with a Shotgun seat (up to 22 kg) and a fat tyre e-Bike with a pillion seat (under 40 kg). Under 18s can't hire on their own, so an adult makes the booking.

Yes. You get 10% off for 3 to 6 days, 20% off for 7 to 9 days and 25% off for 10 days or more. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Bikes are due back at the shop by 4pm. Late returns are charged the full daily rate for each extra day or part day, so if your plans change, give us a call on (07) 5474 3322. See our terms on late returns

Single day hire can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before. For multi day hire, you get a full refund more than 7 days out, a 75% refund from 7 days to 48 hours, and no refund inside 48 hours. See our cancellation terms

Hire goes ahead in any weather, so weather isn't a reason to cancel outside our standard cancellation terms. That includes days within a multi day hire. If the weather really turns, get in touch and we may be able to offer a credit or a new date, at our discretion. See our cancellation terms

No. If your e-Bike can't be stored indoors, you can ask for a battery key so you can take the battery inside to charge it. We take a $50 key deposit on card and refund it when the key comes back. The bikes are your responsibility for the whole hire, and any damage or missing items are charged to the card on file. See our terms on battery keys
