From the shop the route picks up the Powerline Track and Wooroi Forest Drive into Tewantin National Park, then crosses the Eumundi Noosa Road to the back roads of Doonan: Hollett Road, Tidswell Road and Eumarella Road, much of it gravel, down to Weyba Downs.
From Charlotte Drive the foreshore path follows the western shore of Lake Weyba, the southern end of the Noosa Everglades system. The loop rounds the south of the lake on the Annie Drive trail, Clarendon Road and Murdering Creek Road, comes back on the Monak Road gravel and retraces Eumarella, Tidswell and Hollett Roads.
Back across the Eumundi Noosa Road, Wooroi Forest Drive, the Powerline Track and Wooroi Track take you through the national park to Cooroy Noosa Road, and the Lake Doonella pathway brings you home. It is 41 km with about 360 m of climbing, nearly two thirds of it on dirt, plus two short sections, about 1 km in all, on the Eumundi Noosa Road. It is really a gravel ride with nothing technical: management vehicle tracks, gravel roads and some sealed sections. We suggest a mountain bike because a lot of the tracks are a bit sandy, and the fatter tyres make it a much nicer ride. You could try it on a gravel bike, but a mountain bike is the way to go. Every section is ridden at your own discretion: mountain bike trails carry a higher level of risk, the lakeside path can be sandy or wet, conditions change daily and our route is a suggestion only, so assess each section as you go.

Explore dense forest trails
Mountain BikeReal mountain biking in Wooroi’s subtropical forest: purpose built singletrack, shaped corners and plenty of flow, then an easy cruise home past the Lake Doonella wetlands. A moderate ride for confident riders.
Real forest singletrack
Mountain BikeA ride for experienced mountain bike riders on the Tewantin National Park trail network, ridden straight from our door. Steeper climbs, faster descents and more technical singletrack than our Wooroi & Wetlands loop. For confident mountain bikers with a fair amount of trail experience.
An experience you won't forget
Beach RideA short ferry across the Noosa River, then open sand for as far as you want to ride, with dunes on one side and the Pacific on the other. Fat tyre e-bikes only, and timed around low tide, which is exactly what keeps it feeling remote.
