 Our workshops are an interactive "hands on" way to increase your knowledge in the field of bicycle mechanics. To meet the needs of ever changing technological advancements in bicycle design and componentry we have split our maintenance workshops into three levels, this hand-out covers our beginner’s workshop.

This workshop will teach the fundamentals of maintenance on base level bicycles including; correct bike setup, cleaning, lubricating, basic fault diagnosis, basic adjustments, pre ride safety check, wheel removal and puncture repair.
