ROUTE: To Cooroy, through Tewantin on Noosa-Cooroy Road, over The Range' and along Sunrise Road. Then back to Noosa.
RACE: "Pretty solid - it's a race actually!"

WEDNESDAY - 'CUDGERIE RIDE'

FROM:  Homemaker centre , corner of Thomas St & Mary St, Noosaville
START TIME: 6.00am
ROUTE: To Cooroy, via the Cudgerie Estate - up Black Mountain, back to Noosa through Tewantin.
RACE: "Mild, but it can heat up on the way home... in fact the last 15km are generally a bit of a gallop."
DISTANCE: 54km

THURSDAY - 'PEOPLE'S DAY'

FROM: Homemaker centre, corner of Thomas St & Mary St, Noosaville
START TIME: 6.00am
ROUTE: Out-and-back. North to Boreen Point and back for coffee at Cafe Terrace on the corner of Weyba Road and Gympie Terrace.
RACE: "Mild and cruisy. We go fast on the way back.
DISTANCE: 55km

FRIDAYS - 'LAKE MCDONALD RIDE'

FROM: Homemaker centre, corner of Thomas St & Mary St, Noosaville
START TIME: 6.00am
ROUTE: Through the suburbs to the outskirts of Cooroy then north past Lake McDonald and back to Noosa.
PACE: "Steady, not hard but not soft."
DISTANCE: 54km

SATURDAYS - 'THE FIRING SQUAD'

From: Noosa Fire Station, Cooyar Street, Noosa Junction
START TIME: 6.00am
ROUTE: South to Mudjimba via Coolum along the coastal David Low Way, and back to Cafe Le Monde on Hastings Street, Noosa.
PACE: "Steady down the coast, can get fast coming back up."
DISTANCE: 78km

SUNDAY - 'DESTINATION PENDING'

FROM: Homemaker centre, corner of Thomas St & Mary St, Noosaville
START TIME: 6.00am
ROUTE: Depends on which way the wind blows...
PACE: "If a few of the big egos are out, it can be a bit nasty. But the bunch will always wait for you as long as you can keep up with Ron."
