I would just like to say a big thank you for the wonderful bikes and service we had for our week 17th to the 24th sept in Coolum.
We could not have asked for anything more.
The bikes were great (well serviced and maintained), the service fantastic with all the added things like maps backpacks etc.
We had a trouble free week and we all felt comfortable on the bikes.
We did particularly think that the paths and marked bike lanes around Noosa were fantastic.
Even the weather was brilliant!
All in all a wonderful experience and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone.

My thanks - and congratulations - to the Bike On Australia team for the excellent customer service during my recent holiday.The Trek hire bike exceeded my expectations and I greatly appreciated the instant response to my call for some fine-tuning. We visit Noosa every year for a holiday and every year we hire a bike from you. The bikes seem to get better every year and the bikes give us a chance to sample all of the fantastic restaurants and cafes around Noosa.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the bike hire during our holiday last week in Noosa. As usual we had a fantastic time, and the 1st day did our favorite ride through Tewantin, up the hill climb and then Sunrise, Nandroya and Black Mountain Range roads to Pomona and back through Cooroy. We will be back for 2 weeks at the beginning of December next year and will probably bring our own bikes with us. But we have some friends coming over as well who may need to hire some bikes, so if they do I will be in touch again to make a booking for them.

Wow!!! What a blast, I have never cycled off-road before but always wanted to try it. The bike provided was fantastic and the tracks were out of this world. Who would of thought that you could ride a bike through a rainforest.

Hi All,
I was recently in Noosa and thoroughly enjoyed one of your downhill tours with Helen as our guide. The quality of the bikes you provide for hire blew me away. I will admit that I was somewhat sceptical about the whole thing at first as I have seen hire bikes before and would not even contemplate riding them but I am glad I made the call and booked in for the ride. Another thing that impressed me was the fact that even though on the day there was only myself and my 10 year old son the ride still went ahead. I can't speak highly enough of Helen and the way she treated both of us, a true professional in her field. I have only been involved in mountain biking for 12 to 18mnths but not that long ago upgraded my old K-mart bike for a Scott Dual Suspension bike and now can't find enough hours in the day to ride and find myself reading MTB mag's whenever possible. Helen indicated that you are in the process of purchasing a number of dualies which will only add to the enjoyment of what you already offer so I hope this does come about in the not to distant future. Although I don't get up that way often I will definitely look you up when I do. I took a number of your business cards from Helen to hand out to people I know that are heading your way and will let them know how good the experience is. I look forward to my next visit to Noosa. Keep up the great work. A very special g'day to Helen, one of the friendliest people I have met.

Re: Reference for Bike on Australia Pty Ltd
It is with great pleasure that I write this reference for Bike on Australia, and the company's owners, Roger and Lee Newton.
I worked with Roger and Lee during 2005. They provided immense support to the TravelSmart program (which encourages people to walk and cycle more) in the Noosa region.
They developed and coordinated a cycle skills program for school children, which was implemented in three schools in the region. The course was professionally run and well received by the students and the school community.
Feedback from the students was that they thoroughly enjoyed the program, found it valuable and would like to participate in further training. The course also resulted in a dramatic increase in students cycling to and from school.
Apart from the cycle skills course, Roger and Lee provided support to other TravelSmart activities. Often they did this for free, giving up their own time to encourage more interest in cycling. Lee also gave up her own time to be a part of the TravelSmart committee at her children's school, Noosaville State School.
They are outstanding community members who are always prepared to lend a hand and support their community in participating in more physical activity and leading healthier lifestyles.
I highly recommend their cycle skills course and any other of their cycling services.

I just had Sue Ds make a special trip to come into the office to tell me about the wonderful time she had today on the Mountain Bike Ride you conducted as part of the Get Active in Noosa program. She was the lady I told you about that was wanting to learn to ride a bike and then purchase one. I would guess she would be in her 60s, so to learn how to ride a bike is a great achievement.
Sue said the activity was perfect - that you both were helpful, friendly and professional, the route was very suited to the range of abilities of the participants, the rest time and morning tea was beautiful and she enjoyed the ability to stop and have a chat to the other riders in a beautiful setting. She has now booked in for the next two rides in October and November.
Congratulations and thank you for holding a great activity on behalf of Noosa Council.
